InvoCare
Developing training resources in line with the Funeral Service Training Package including Learner Guides, Trainer Guides, Slide Presentations & Assessments.

Designed, delivered all the training for a bespoke asset management & call centre system for the management of government property throughout the UK. This involved defining job roles and working with developers to build the system around work functions and management reporting requirements. The project involved the management of all training requirements including instructional/technical writing, face-to-face delivery and the development of intranet to support the training.
Community Service & Health Industry Skills Council
Various projects under a head contractor including the development of assessment and recognition resources for various qualifications in the Community Services and Health Training Packages.
NSW Department of Juvenile Justice
Stage 1: Examining how current in-house training resources meet the requirements of the Youth Worker (Juvenile Justice) qualification under a head contractor. Identifying gaps.
KPMG
Delivered training and post training support to IT rollout across the United Kingdom.
St Patrick's Business College
Set up all of the course requirements, training resources and compliance requirements for Certificate courses in various Information Technology streams. Sought and obtained government funding to offer courses to special needs groups such as the long term unemployed. Developed Learner Guides and Assessment Tools, RPL/Recognition requirements, delivered training and assessed participants.
